All new construction turnkey. We are furnishing all the banking equipment fixtures, and furniture for this project. The architect and the engineers are under contract to C.E.F. The entire site including the parking lot is on approx. 4 acres. The budget is set at $4,200,000.00. Plans are complete. Construction started January 4th with completion expected September 2002.
AMERICAN FIRST FEDERAL C. U.
New construction of five (5) new branches in Orange County and remodel of two (2) existing branches. Plans are near completion; start of construction is planned for mid-July 2002. The estimated value $3,750,000.00
