Ed Fry is the President and founder of C.E. Fry Construction, Inc. In addition, to his administrative responsibilities, he regularly attends project meetings to stay informed of exact status, approving all costs and expenditures. Ed grew up in the trade so he has a vast knowledge on what it takes to get the job done. He takes pride in being "on time and on budget".

Christopher Kearney - Senior Project Manager
Christopher Kearney's primary responsibility is managing all aspects for the complete build out of the construction project, from initial estimate to move in. His management responsibilities include budgets, hard bids, subcontracts, cost control and billings. His responsibilities also include coordination between architects, engineers, tenants, owners and field superintendents. He manages all aspects of construction which we believe is key to the successful completion of every project.

Washington Mutual / Home Savings Merger
Twenty Branches Retail branch banking facilities conversion and consolidations. Work included the installation of ATM machines, ADA compliance, data systems upgrades & changes, vault expansions and various construction items, as determined on site survey. Two of the branches were major renovations including tellerlines, new officer's platform all while the branches remained in operation.

Bank of America Inland Empire Central Cash Vault
72,000 square feet Added to existing tilt up a structural steel mezzanine, two poured in place concrete vaults with mechanical rooms above, and 2 guard towers. Interiors included mantraps, freight traps, heavy security and telecommunications cabling. HVAC included 2 cooling towers, 4 air handlers, and computerized controls. Electrical included new 3000 amp service, over a million feet of cabling for security. Project also included development of adjacent 2.5-acre parcel for parking.

Bank of America / Security Pacific Merger
Fifty-Five Branches retail branch banking facilities conversion and consolidations. Work included the installation of 150 ATM machines, minimum ADA compliance, teller line modifications, vault expansions and various construction items, as determined on site surveys. Extremely fast track schedules due to Federal Government regulations pertaining to banking.

American First Credit Union
2 Branches/ Tenant Improvement
High end credit union branches. Using complex decorative metal and building materials. Each branch required utilizing a retail space and converting it to a branch. Use of radius designs on tellerline and MSR platform. Both project were running concurrently, resulting in quality projects delivered on time. Worked with Diebold for security and NCR ATM's.

Bryant Thomas - Senior Project Manager
Bryant Thomas currently serves as Senior Project Manager. He oversees and coordinates numerous one-off projects for Wells Fargo and has established himself as a team leader within the C.E.F. project staff. Bryant's history includes managing the computer networking systems and design department operations for the three years. He most recently performed as the Senior Project Administrator for the Wells Fargo Bank Merger with Brenton Bank of Iowa and First Security in Idaho and Wyoming acquisitions converting 268 ATM's to Wells Fargo's RDS system in five weeks.

375 square feet. Major tenant improvement. Built teller lines, vault, installed two ATM's, pulled permits, and hired sub-contractors.

Mike Fry - Vice President of Construction Services
Mike's primary responsibility is the on-site management of construction activities. He is responsible for maintaining schedules, safety of the site, quality control and coordination of RFI's and change directives.

Interior build out of new retail branch bank. Unique design, which incorporated round and curved soffits, high-end lighting, and finishes. Completed several items the core & shell contractor left behind.

Washington Mutual Bank
Palm Springs, CA
Major renovation of the large branch bank. Work included all new millwork, electrical, finishes, furniture, complete restroom upgrade, and ADA upgrades to path of travel and elevator. Eight percent of work was accomplished during non-banking hours. Work also included code upgrades to emergency egress exiting form mezzanine & basement.

Major renovation of the large branch bank. Work included all new millwork, electrical, finishes and furniture, complete restroom upgrade. Eighty percent of work was accomplished during non-banking hours. Work also included new modular vault expansion for safety deposit boxes.
